How do Canadian citizens feel about the passport application and?
The process worked well for my husband and me when he renewed last year and I renewed the year before. We paid extra for expedited service and received our new ten-year ppts within days. Having said that, we did have a wait of about an hour at the ppt office at Meadowlands and Prince of Wales in Ottawa. Fortunately, we were expecting a longer wait and had brought reading material. So, all in all, very much improved!
