Can a Canadian PR be renewed if the passport of a home country has?

Yes, it can be renewed as long as you meet the requirements. The home country passport has nothing to do with the PR renewal unless you wanna travel out of Canada if not, you are good. Meanwhile, it can be refused if an applicant has not lived in Canada for at least 730 days during the past five years, or the immigration officer did not receive all of the information that was necessary. To ensure that you qualify for a Canadian PR card renewal, make sure all of the necessary documentation is enclosed.
