Can I apply for Canadian immigration if my passport is expiring in?
For immigration application there is a certain criteria. Go through document checklist IMM5644 available on google for Canada Immigration website. Also read document how to apply. Do not fall for any consultant as they cannot guarantee you immigration. They can only apply on your behalf which you can do it by yourself. Once you are successful in getting immigration you will get Permanent Resident Card(paper). By the way 2 year is good enough for immigration application even if it is required.
